What true entrepreneurship means for your customers? Being a true entrepreneur does not mean to trick people to click on your ad. Being an entrepreneur means having a strong heart to serve people with a great purpose.

At some point, you might have thought about your life or starting a business moving towards becoming an entrepreneur.

This was a great goal for me as well and I always thought by myself that my goal or what’s my purpose in my life. I always amazed by becoming an entrepreneur and that’s essential because of the impact that entrepreneurs have on people’s lives.

Let’s face it. One of the hardest jobs in the world is to be an entrepreneur and on the other side is massive as well if you don’t know what you’re doing. If you don’t have a plan, your business is doomed. I got to say that there is no doubt that the rule is moving forward because entrepreneurs’ service always amazed me. I wanted to pursue this goal and dream as well purely because of the sense of the impact the entrepreneurs have. This doesn’t have to do anything with the size of your business but it correlates a lot with your vision of how the future should look like.

That’s why in the past I tried to start many businesses and I failed. To be very specific I tried to start 3 businesses and I filled every time. Now that I’m thinking about that time in the past, I know why I failed. Mainly I was already chasing money. I didn’t have a plan, I didn’t have a business strategy, I did not have a marketing strategy. There was nothing about the customer as well it was all about myself.

And that was my first and biggest mistake. Everything else falls apart when you’re thinking all about the money. I’m not saying that money is not important. But it shouldn’t be your first focus. the focus must be the customers and buyer persona and the people that you are trying to serve. This is a proven fact and there’s no way around it. So I’m trying to figure out what idea or what business model I’m going to move forward with, but whatever it is I wanna make sure that this is about the people that I want to serve. I want to make sure that I bring massive value to the people that I want to save and my buyers and my customers. When they are on-boarded with the product they are super satisfied. It doesn’t mean that I will have the perfect product from day 1, but this means that I have the customer in my mind as my first and only priority. With that mindset, I can make sure that even though my product is not perfect from day 1, but it will serve the purpose.

Looking to become an entrepreneur and impact the world the first step is to think of your why, why you want to do this? why do you want to serve those people? Obviously, we are all are familiar and the great book titled “Start with your Why” from Simon Sinek. That will be a great starting point. You think of why you want to do what you want to do.

That’s very important and that actually can be the most important building block of your business and that can reflect in your branding as well later on. Let’s sit down together with your partner and think of why you want to do this and build make sure the message is strong enough so you can basically build a business around it.

The second step is to understand who exactly you want to serve. This is not a typical marketing exercise to sit down and come up with the buyer persona document. This is about you go very deep into who you want to serve and who is your target market. You want to make sure that you can leave and breathe the life of your buyers. You want to meet them to know them better than themselves. You must feel their pain understand their language, understand the challenges, what keeps them up at night even though you’re may not solve that problem directly, but indirectly you should be able to talk in that language.

Don’t fall in love with your product, fall in love with your customer. No tricks for marketing, just literally fall in love with the people you want to serve.

Make sure that before building any product or committing to any business model, you understand your customer very well and you can speak their language. I will talk about product development in future posts, but this was my full message I wanted to make sure that you’re not when you want to become an entrepreneur. It is not about specific marketing strategies or tricking Google traffic for your customers and get your message in front of more people.

I want to make sure that everybody understands that being an entrepreneur does not means trick more people to click on your ad, that set aside some time. Do not really rush into building a product. Set aside some time with your customers and do talk to them. Meet them. Buy a coffee for them. Buy pizza for them, give them some love, and making sure that you can speak their language.

Being an entrepreneur is coming from the heart, and you will be in the right direction.
